Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges on products within 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not include sale items.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at thefword.feministapparel@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original product.
- After receiving the original product and inspecting its condition, we will process the return or exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at thefword.feministapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We will arrange for a return and provide further instructions.
- We will replace defective or incorrect product/s at no additional cost to you and cover the shipping charges for the replacement.

Items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or are defective (without prior warning).
